Chiniyoti Steam Chicken


CHINYOTI STEAM CHICKEN

 Ingredients:
 Whole chicken                          1 kg
 Lemons                                    5 medium size
 White vinegar                           1/2 cup
Oil                                            4 tbsp
 Salt                                          to taste
Black pepper powder              1  tbsp
 Ginger paste                            1 tbsp
 Soya sauce                              2 1/2 tbsp       
Lemon slices                             to garnish
Cooking
Make cuts on chicken. Wash it and dip in white vinegar, 2 tbsp paste ginger, salt, lemon juice, black pepper and 2 tbsp soya sauce. Keep it for half an hour. Put the marinated chicken in the krahi and brush with oil and steam it chinioti steam chicken is prepared. Garnish with lemon

Thai chicken kebab


THAI CHICKEN KEBAB
 Ingredients:
 Chicken pieces (boneless)                    1/4 kg
Sesame oil                                            1/2 tbsp
 Garlic (chopped)                                 1/2 tbsp
 Brown sugar (guar )                             1/2 tsp
 Soya sauce                                          1 tbsp
 Lemon juice                                         1 tbsp
 Coriander                                            1 tbsp
 Red chili powder                                 1/4 tbsp
 Salt                                                     to taste
Cooking
 Take sesame oil, soya sauce, red chili, salt, chopped garlic, brown sugar, coriander and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix it and keep it in fridge for half hour. Now add salt in chicken and grill them on a grill pan. After 3 minutes; take some marinade mixture on the brush and put it on the chicken pieces. Keep on moving and brushing the chicken in the grill pan. Thai kebabs are ready.
Garnish with lemon and garlic slice

Kastoori tikka boti


Kastoori tikka boti

Ingredients

Chicken Boneless (cubed)                                            1/2 kg
Gram masala Powder                                                   1/2 tbsp
Papaya Grounded                                                         1/2 tbsp
Green Chilies (paste)                                                    4 no s
Cream                                                                          1/4cup
Ginger Garlic Paste                                                       1/2 tbsp
Salt                                                                              as per taste
Onion (grounded)                                                         1-medium
Red Chili Powder                                                         1/2 tbsp
Oil                                                                                1-2 tbsp

Cooking

Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, onion paste, red chilli, garam masala, papaya paste and green chilli. Keep aside for almost an hour then put in cream and slice open on skewers. Grill on hot charcoal, turn around frequently and oil to cook all way round
Place in a serving dish and serve with ketchup.

Resham Kebab


Resham Kebab

Ingredients

Chicken Mince                                     1/2 kg
Salt                                                      as per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste                               1tbsp
Onion paste                                          2tbsp
Red Chilli Powder                                1/2 tbsp
Hot Spice Powder                                1 tbsp
Papaya Grounded                                 1 tbsp
Oil                                                        1/4 cup

Cooking

Take a pot and Mix onion paste ginger garlic, red chilli, hot spice and grind again Heat a piece of charcoal on flame; keep it in the center of mince meat mixture . Pour 1 tbsp on it Cover and keep aside for 5 – 10 minutes, than remove the charcoal, make oblong kebabs; refrigerate for 20-25 minutes
Heat Oil in a frying pan on medium heat for 2 -3 minutes and fry up kebabs until golden Serve with salad and raita
