Chiniyoti Steam Chicken


CHINYOTI STEAM CHICKEN

 Ingredients:
 Whole chicken                          1 kg
 Lemons                                    5 medium size
 White vinegar                           1/2 cup
Oil                                            4 tbsp
 Salt                                          to taste
Black pepper powder              1  tbsp
 Ginger paste                            1 tbsp
 Soya sauce                              2 1/2 tbsp       
Lemon slices                             to garnish
Cooking
Make cuts on chicken. Wash it and dip in white vinegar, 2 tbsp paste ginger, salt, lemon juice, black pepper and 2 tbsp soya sauce. Keep it for half an hour. Put the marinated chicken in the krahi and brush with oil and steam it chinioti steam chicken is prepared. Garnish with lemon
