Pineapple Cup Cake
Ingredients
Self Rising Flour                                               1
3/4 Cup
Salt                                                                  1/4

Pineapple (Copped)                                         1 Cup   
Cream                                                              for
dressing       
Butter                                                               10 Tbsp
Sugar powder 3/4 Cup
Sugar powder 3/4 Cup
Eggs                                                                 3                                    
Pineapple Extract                                              1

Cooking
In a large bowl mix butter, eggs and sugar powder until
light and feathery then add pineapple extract add self rising flour and salt
stir until better mixed properly add pineapple pieces last and pour better into
12 cups bake them in Preheat oven at165 C or325 F for 20-23 minutes .after it
take out and leave to cool. When cool,
arrange the cupcakes on a serving platter. Dress up with cream and pineapple
pieces
