Kari Pakory (petty) Recipe
Ingredients for kari
Yogurt 1/2 kg
Beasan 1 cup
Onion paste 1 tbsp
Ginger & ginger paste 1
tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin 1
tsp
Red chillis 4
to 6
Oil 2 tbsp
Ingredients of Pakory (petty)
Potatoes (Aloo) 1
Chicken minced 1/4 kg
Onion chopped 1
Green chilies chopped 4
Green chilies slit 2
Salt (according to taste) or 1 tbsp.
Red chili powder 1 tbsp.
Water
as needed
Coriander powder ½ tbsp
Garam Masala powder ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Besan (Gram flour) 1 cup
Oil
3 tbsp
Cooking
In a bowl put the besan and water,
and mix until it becomes a thick batter. Beat hard for 5 minutes. Step by step
Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric coriander powder and Garam Masala and beat
again.
Add potatoes, minced chicken and
onions
Heat oil and dip mixed vegetables
batter and deep fry until golden brown.
Dish up warm. Make lasi by beating
water in yogurt
Now take a pan add oil onion,
garlic and ginger paste fry till it turn brown add turmeric, red chilli powder
and salt then add mixer of water and yogurt (lasi) cook until better becomes
thick now add fried pakory and cook for 5 minutes
At last take a fry pan add oil fry
cumin seed and red chilles and put it on the kari
Tasty kari pakory are ready
