Chicken Qeema

Ingredients

Chicken Mince                        1 kg
Garlic (chopped)                      2 tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
Onion (chopped)                      4-medium
Cumin Seeds                            2tbsp
Tomatoes (paste)                      5-6 medium
Red Chilli                                 1 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric                                   1 tbsp
Garam masla                            1 tbsp
Green Chilli                              8-6 nos
Cooking Oil                              3/4 cup
Fresh Coriander                       1/2 bunch
Lemon juice                              2 tbsp

Cooking

Heat Cooking Oil in a pan a little fry onion in it Put garlic, tomato paste and mince chicken in it stir well. Add red chilli, garam masala, turmeric powder, green chilli and salt Mix well and fry on high heat until oil separates
Garnish with coriander and put lemon juice on it serve with salad and  parathas
