Sardi/Thandai
Ingredients:
Badam ( Almonds )                              30 
( Kharbooja seeds ) Melon Seeds         3 tablespoons 
Green Cardamom Powder                    4 
Saffron                                                 a few strands 
Kali Mirch ( Black Pepper corns )        6
Pistachios                                             20
Poppy Seeds ( Khuskhus)                    3 tablespoons ( soak them for 30 minutes in cold water) 
Sugar                                                   1 cup ( as per taste)
Preparation
Dip the almonds in warm water for 10 minutes and peel off the skin. Add milk Blend all ingredients in blender and serve with ice
