Falsay ka Sharbat/Grewia Asiatica

Falsay ka Sharbat/Grewia Asiatica Sharbat
Ingredients
Grewia Asiatica (falsay)                        1 1/2 kg
Black pepper                                        1 tsp
Sugar                                                   1 1/2 kg
Water                                                   5 glasses
Salt                                                      to taste
Ice                                                       as required

Preparation
Wash falsay blend with 2 glasses of water in blender after blending 
Take a pan add water and sugar make sugar syrup on low heat after it add blended mixture
Cook the mixture on low heat until it become thick. Add black pepper, Salt and mix well. When you want to drink sharbat put 2 tsp sharbat in water add ice and serve it cool.

Ingredients:
Milk                             1/2 liter
Sugar                           8 tsp
Strawberry                   1/2 kg
Preparation
Take strawberry and cut it blend in blender add milk and sugar and blend for 4 more minutes 
Chill with ice serve cool

Angoor (Grapes) ka Sharbat


Angoor (Grapes) ka Sharbat
Ingredients
Grapes                                                 1 cup
caster sugar                                          3 tsp
Black paper                                          1/4 tsp
Salt                                                      1/2tsp
Lemon juice                                          2 tsp
Water                                                   3 cup
Preparation
Wash grapes add water and blend them.after it Strain through a strainer. Add sugar, black pepper, Salt, Lemon juice and mix well. Add crush ice serve cool

Mango and Banana Milk Shake


Mango and Banana Milk Shake
Ingredients:
Milk                             1/2 liter
Sugar                           4 tsp
Banana                         6
Mangos                        2
Cardamom                   3
Preparation
Take mangoes remove their cover stone then Take bananas remove their cover and cut them and blend these both in blender add milk and sugar and cardamom blend for 3 more minutes 
Now chill with ice and serve it

Cucumber juice

Cucumber juice
Ingredients
Cucumber                                            1-2
Black pepper                                        1/4 tsp
Sugar                                                   2-3 tsp
Water                                                   1 glass
Lemon juice                                          2 lemons
Salt                                                      to taste
Mint leaves                                           1/8 bunch or few
Ice                                                       as required

Preparation
Slice cucumber put it in blender with water, sugar, mint leaves salt and black pepper blender all
Filter the mixture with strainer

Then add lemon juice ice and serve cool

Saatoon ka Sharbat/ Jaoo ka sharbat

Saatoon ka Sharbat/ Jaoo ka sharbat
Ingredients
Saatoon                                                1 cup
Brown Sugar/ shukar                            1 cup
Water                                                   3 glasses
Ice                                                       as required

Preparation
Take a jar add 2 glass water mix brown sugar in it in other glass of water add satoon mix well now mix both add ice serve cool

Its is very refreshing summer drink of Punjab

Almond Milk


Almond Milk
Ingredients:
 Fresh Milk                                                                      1/2 liter
 Sugar                                                                              1/2 cup
 Small cardamom                                                             6
Over night soaked and chopped almonds                          15
 Sugar                                                                              1 tsp
 Method:
Blind cardamoms, sugar, milk,and almond pour in glasses and serve with ice

Sardi/Thandai
Ingredients:
Badam ( Almonds )                              30 
( Kharbooja seeds ) Melon Seeds         3 tablespoons 
Green Cardamom Powder                    4 
Saffron                                                 a few strands 
Kali Mirch ( Black Pepper corns )        6
Pistachios                                             20
Poppy Seeds ( Khuskhus)                    3 tablespoons ( soak them for 30 minutes in cold water) 
Sugar                                                   1 cup ( as per taste)
Preparation
Dip the almonds in warm water for 10 minutes and peel off the skin. Add milk Blend all ingredients in blender and serve with ice

Take bananas remove their cover and blend in blender make thick pulp add milk and sugar and cardamom powder blend for 3 more minutes

Kashmiri Chai /Kashmiri Tea/Pindi Chai/Pink Tea

Ingredients

Water                                       8 cups
Green Tea                                2 tbsp
Baking soda                             a pinch
Cardamom                               6
Milk                                         1 liter
Sugar                                       to taste            

Cooking

In a pan boil water. Put kashmiri tea-kashmiri pati or green tea  and cook until remain water half  then add 1 cup extra water boil more. Add soda and cardamom cook again then insert milk and cook until turn into pink colour. Serve up instantly with pistachio and almonds.

Ingredients

Fresh Pomegranate /Anar seed                           3 cup
Sugar powder                                                   6-7 tbsp
Salt                                                                  3/4 tbsp
Ice /Burf                                                           2 Cup
Black paper                                                      1/2 tbsp
                                   

Cooking

In blender grind pomegranate or anar and removes seeds then in add it in blender again add crushed ice, salt ,black paper and sugar. It is an appetizing drink

Ingredients

Badam good quality                              2 kg
Sugar                                                               2 1/2 kg
Water                                                               3 kg
                                   

Cooking

Take red fresh Mangos separate their wrap and stone and crash them now put water, mango and sugar on the heat and let the cook till to change in thick syrup  
When you want to drink juice take water and syrup mixed them add some sugar it is a tasty drink

Kachy Aam Mango                                          2 kg
Sugar                                                               2 1/2 kg
Water                                                               3 kg
                                   

Cooking

Anar (Pomegranate) Ka sharbat


Anar (Pomegranate) Ka sharbat

Ingredients

Fresh Pomegranate /Anar seed                           2 kg
Sugar                                                               2 1/2 kg
Water                                                               1 kg

Ingredients
Milk                                                                                2 Cup
Water                                                                             10 Cup
Salt or Sugar which you like                                            to taste

Preparation
Mix water milk and salt if you like salt otherwise mix milk, water and sugar if you like sweet
Serve chilled it is very good summer drink
