Kashmiri Chai /Kashmiri Tea/Pindi Chai/Pink Tea

Ingredients

Water                                       8 cups
Green Tea                                2 tbsp
Baking soda                             a pinch
Cardamom                               6
Milk                                         1 liter
Sugar                                       to taste            

Cooking

In a pan boil water. Put kashmiri tea-kashmiri pati or green tea  and cook until remain water half  then add 1 cup extra water boil more. Add soda and cardamom cook again then insert milk and cook until turn into pink colour. Serve up instantly with pistachio and almonds.
