Brownies


Brownies

Ingredients

Eggs                                                     2
almond essence                                    1/2 tsp
plain flour                                             1/4 cup
Salt                                                      1/4 tsp
Chocolate                                             2 ounces
butter                                                   6 ounces
Caster sugar                                         1 cup
almond (coarsely chopped)                   1 cup
Cooking
First of all melt the chocolate with the butter over low heat, stirring until completely melted. Remove from the heat and mix with sugar. Add almond essence and eggs mix them and also mix with salt, flour and almonds put batter in an 8-inch square baking pan and bake for 30-40 minutes in 180 degree C preheated oven after it cool and serve
