Soji ka halwa


Soji ka halwa

Ingredients:

Soji (Semolina Flour)                          3 cup 
Sugar                                                 3 cup
Oil                                                     1 1/2 cup
Water                                                 3 1/2 cup
Cardamom seeds chutti ilaechi            4
Badam / almond                                 3 tbsp
Mewa / raisins                                     3 tbsp

Cooking

In a pan take water add sugar and boil it to make sugar syrup
Fry cardamom in oil then add soji in oil and fry until its color change to golden after frying add sugar syrup  cook when syrup dry out then garnish with almond and raisins
Tasty Soji ka halwa is ready
