Chicken Rice (pullao) Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken ½ Kg.
Rice 2 Glass

Tomatoes –chopped 3
Water 3 Glass
garlic (Lehsan) paste 1 tsp
ginger (Adrak) paste 1 tsp
onion chopped 2
whole green chilies 3-4 whole
salt (according to taste) or ½ tsp.
red chilli powder ½ tsp.

Garam Masala powder ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp.
oil 3 tbs.
Turmeric powder ½ tsp.

Cooking
In a pan fry onion
till it turn to golden now add Garlic and Ginger (Adrak) and salt turmeric
powder. Then add chicken cook until its color change and chicken leaves oil
when chicken left oil which means chicken is fried.
Now add little oil, tomato, green chili , red chili salt and gram masala, aluo bukhara and continue cooking. cook for 5 to ten minutes now add 3 glass water and dar chini after boil add rice when water dry out keep rice on dum (steam)
After 5-8 minute rice are
