Ras Malai
Fresh milk 1liter
Sugar 8 tsp
green cardamom 1tsp
Almond 2
tsp
Chopped pistachio (Pistay) 2 tsp
Kewra essence few drops
Dry milk powder 1 1/2 cup
egg 1
oil as per needd or 1 tsp
baking powder 1tsp

Cooking
Mix dry milk powder, egg, oil and baking soda make dough and form into
small egg-shaped, a little compressed balls. Meanwhile boil the milk with sugar
and cardamom seeds. When the milk starts to boil add the rus malai balls. When
they start to enlarge lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes. Just before
removing from heat add kewra essence. Garnish with almond and pistachio
cool it and serve.
