Firni Recipe/mithi kheer
Ingredients
Milk 2 liter
Sugar 6 tbsp or to taste
Sugar 6 tbsp or to taste
Kewra essence a drop
Green cardamom seeds 5
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Chopped pistachios and
almonds for garnishing
Cooking
In a pan put milk, cardamom seeds, and sugar and rice flour.
Leave on a low heat to cook and stir until mixture become thicken add
Kewra essence and remove from heat.
Cool it and decorate with almonds and pistachios
