Apple Ka murabba


Apple Ka murabba

Ingredients

Apple                                                               2 kg
Sugar                                                               2 kg
Water                                                               4 kg
Cardamom                                                       6
Walnut -Akhrot                                                3 tbsp
Almond-Badam                                                3 tbsp  
Kajo                                                                3 tbsp                                      

Cooking

Wash apple scratch their cover and cut them in to small pieces of approximately one inch each. Now take a pan put water cardamom and apple pieces in it also add sugar and cook them on slow heat when apple turn out to be soft add almond and kajo in it and cook until syrup become thick serve it in a dish garnish with walnut pieces.

Peach Ka murabba


Peach Ka murabba

Ingredients

Peach                                                               3 cup (small Pieces)
Sugar                                                               3 Cup
Water                                                               4 cups                           
Cardamom Laechi                                            2 tbsp
Dry fruits (badam, mewa, walnut )                     2 tbsp                          

Cooking

Cook peach pieces with water and sugar and dry fruits. continue cooking on low temperature until sugar syrup become thick. Peach ka murabba is ready to eat

karonda Ka murabba


karonda Ka murabba

Ingredients

Karonda (remove seeds)                                 1 cup
Sugar                                                               1 Cup
Water                                                               2 cups                           
Cardamom Laechi                                            3 tbsp              

Cooking

Boil karonda with 2 cup water,laechi and sugar cook well when keep cooking on low heat until sugar syrup become thick. karonda murabba is ready to eat   

Aam Ka murabba


Aam Ka murabba

Ingredients

Kachy Aam (mango)                                        2 cup(small Pieces)
Sugar                                                               2 Cup
Water                                                               4 cups                           
Cardamom Laechi                                            3 tbsp
Dry fruits (badam, mewa, walnut )                     3 tbsp                          

Cooking

Boil mango pieces with 4 cup water and sugar cook well when water left half add dry fruits in it keep cooking on low heat until sugar syrup become thick.aam ka murabba is ready to eat
