Goal Guppy/ pani puri recipe

Ingredients:

Sooji (Semolina Flour)              3/4 cup
Maida or Plain Flour                 1/4 cup
Water                                       as needed or1/2 cup

Cooking

Mix the maida (plain flour) and sooji. Add water and make tight dough. Push the dough until it is it changes to tight form. Wrap the dough with a moist cloth for about ten minutes. After it make small 50 balls and roll them in (2-inch diameter circle) puri shape or roti shape Moist two cloths, spread one moist cloth over plain surface, keep puri between two these cloths going to fry the puris. Heat the oil on intermediate high heat. Oil should be so high in frying pan that puries could be fry properly. Start frying the puris, one by one as you rolled. Place one puri in the oil and press lightly. When it puffs turn over and place a further puri in the oil. Keep adding 5 puris at a time. Fry the puris until they change to golden-brown Take the puris out and place over tissue paper, so the excess oil is absorbed Appetizing and tasty goal guppy or pani puries is ready
Pani (Spicy Water):

Ingredients:

Mint leaves (Pudina) paste                  3tbsp                   
Green chilies paste                              2 to 3
Tamarind paste (Imli) water                 1/2 cup
Lemon juice                                       2 lemon
Red Chili                                            1/4 tbsp
Chaat masala                                      1/2 tbsp
Salt                                          (adjust to taste)
Water                                       (adjust to taste)

Cooking

In 1/2 cup water keep imli for 1 hour and make thick imli water Mix mint leave paste, imli water salt, green chili  and red chili and boil it after boiling add lemon juice then strain it to remove solid particles you can add chaat masala and  more water to your taste leave it to cool at room temperature
