Coconut ladoo sweet

Ingredients:

Rice flour (powder)                                       1 cup
Brown Sugar (gour)                                      250 gram (1/2 inch 20 pieces)
Oil                                                               1 1/2 cup
Water                                                           as needed

Cooking

Mix the rice flour (powder) and water and make tight dough. Push the dough until it is it changes to tight form. Wrap the dough with a moist cloth. Make 20 balls and roll them in 1-inch diameter circle wrap brown sugar (gour) piece in rice puri make all them
Fry these balls in medium heat when Take the balls out and place over tissue paper, so the excess oil is absorbed now deep these ball in coconut powder for 15 minutes
