Gajar (carrot) ka halwa

Ingredients:

Carrot (Gajr)                                     3 crushed
Sugar                                                 1 1/2 cup
Oil                                                     1 1/2 cup
Milk                                                   2 cup
Cardamom seeds chutti ilaechi             4
Koya                                                  1 cup
Badam / almond                                 3 tbsp
Mewa / raisins                                     3 tbsp

Cooking

Fry cardamom in oil then add crushed carrots in oil and fry them after frying add milk and sugar cook until milk dry then add koya and cook for 10 minutes garnish with almond and raisins
Tasty gajar ka halwa is ready
