Thai chicken kebab


THAI CHICKEN KEBAB
 Ingredients:
 Chicken pieces (boneless)                    1/4 kg
Sesame oil                                            1/2 tbsp
 Garlic (chopped)                                 1/2 tbsp
 Brown sugar (guar )                             1/2 tsp
 Soya sauce                                          1 tbsp
 Lemon juice                                         1 tbsp
 Coriander                                            1 tbsp
 Red chili powder                                 1/4 tbsp
 Salt                                                     to taste
Cooking
 Take sesame oil, soya sauce, red chili, salt, chopped garlic, brown sugar, coriander and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix it and keep it in fridge for half hour. Now add salt in chicken and grill them on a grill pan. After 3 minutes; take some marinade mixture on the brush and put it on the chicken pieces. Keep on moving and brushing the chicken in the grill pan. Thai kebabs are ready.
Garnish with lemon and garlic slice
