Behari Qeema Receipe


Behari Qeema Receipe
Ingredients:
 Beef Mince                              1 kg
 Yogurt                                     2 cup
Chopped onion                         4
Big cardamom                          3
 Lemons                                   3
Ginger garlic paste                    2 tbsp
Red chilies paste                       6 pieces
 Green chilies                            6
 Small cardamom                      8
 Mint leaves                              1 bunches
 Yogurt                                     1 cup
 Coriander powder                  2 tsp
 White cumin                            2 tsp
 Chick peas                              2 tbsp  
Bihari masala                            2 tbsp
 Oil                                           4 tbsp
 Salt                                         to taste
Cooking
 Mix red chili and coriander, cumin, big cardamoms, black chick peas, and small cardamom and grind it in the grinder. Add in 2 tbsp oil in the pan, and add in onion. Fry it till they are golden brown. Take it out and keep it aside then add in mince, salt, 1 ginger garlic paste, grinded masala, bihari masala, yogurt, lemons and green chilies. Mix it and add it in the pan fry it untill water dries then dish out qeema and garish it with lemon slices fried onion, mint leaves and serve.
