Beaf Nihari Recipe
Ingredients:
Beaf ½ Kg.
garlic (Lehsan) paste 1 tsp

Plain floor (maida) ½ kg
Water ½ kg
ginger (Adrak) paste 1 tsp
onion chopped 2
ginger (Adrak) paste 1 tsp

Aniseed 1tbsp
salt (according to taste) or ½ tbsp.
red chilli powder ½ tbsp.
salt (according to taste) or ½ tbsp.
red chilli powder ½ tbsp.
Green chilli slits 4-5
Coriander copped 1 bunch
Cardamom 3-4
Cinnamon 2 sticks
Bay leaves 3
Garam Masala powder 1 tbsp
turmeric powder ½ tbsp.
oil 4 tbsp.
turmeric powder ½ tbsp.
oil 4 tbsp.
Chaat masala 2 tbsp.
Cooking
In a pan add oil beaf fry add Garlic (Lehsan), Ginger (Adrak) and salt turmeric,red chili powder, cinnamon, bay leaves garam masala and cardamom fry until beaf left oil which means mutton is fried.
Take plain floor mix it in water and add it in fried beaf cook until gravy becomes thicker dish out nihari
Fry onions and crush them now and sprinkle on the nihari also garnish with green chilli,chaat masala and fresh coriander
