CHICKEN BIRYANI

Ingredients:

Basmati Rice                                        3 cup
Water                                                   4 1/2 cup
Chicken Pieces                         1 kg
Milk                                                     1/4 cup
Yogurt (curd)                                       1 cup
Chop onion                                          3
Turmeric Powder                                  1 tbsp
Cooked cumin powder                         1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder                         2tbsp
Ginger, garlic Paste                               1 1/2 tbsp
Tomato paste                                       1/2 cup
Green Chili Paste                                  1 tbsp
Red Chili                                              2 tbsp
Food color                                            a pinch
Coriander Powder                                1 tbsp
Green Coriander Leaves                       2 tbsp
Salt                                                      to taste
Oil                                                        1 cooking spoon

Cooking

In pan take oil Fry the onions until golden brown. Put ginger garlic paste, chicken, turmeric powder and salt and cook until chicken separate out oil now put yogurt, green chili paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, tomato paste, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, and coriander powder .and cook for 10 minutes.
Add rice in water and let them cook  rice should little hard in separate container  make a leyar of rice then chicken then rice then again chicken and Rice so on on the last layer of rice sprinkle food color blended in milk . Leave them to cook on dum (in cover up )
Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
