Resham Kebab

Ingredients

Chicken Mince                                     1/2 kg
Salt                                                      as per taste
Ginger Garlic Paste                               1tbsp
Onion paste                                          2tbsp
Red Chilli Powder                                1/2 tbsp
Hot Spice Powder                                1 tbsp
Papaya Grounded                                 1 tbsp
Oil                                                        1/4 cup

Cooking

Take a pot and Mix onion paste ginger garlic, red chilli, hot spice and grind again Heat a piece of charcoal on flame; keep it in the center of mince meat mixture . Pour 1 tbsp on it Cover and keep aside for 5 – 10 minutes, than remove the charcoal, make oblong kebabs; refrigerate for 20-25 minutes
Heat Oil in a frying pan on medium heat for 2 -3 minutes and fry up kebabs until golden Serve with salad and raita
