Chocolate Zebra Cake
Ingredients
Milk 1/4 ltr
Vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
All purpose flour/maida 1/4 kg
Eggs 4

Caster Sugar 1/4 kg
Oil 1/4 ltr
Oil 1/4 ltr
Method
In a bowl, beat caster sugar & eggs. Add milk, oil &
vanilla essence to the beaten mixture then keep on beating till well blend.
Then add the flour a little at a time after it divides the mixture into two
equal parts. In one part add cocoa powder also mix well and Keep other portion
plain. Grease 9 inch baking pan using a measurer first put the plain batter &
gently pours in the middle of the baking pan. Instantly put the cocoa batter on
top of the plain batter. Do not stop and keep pouring & alternating each
batter continuously. Do not wait to mix the batter work quickly
And bake on Pre-heat the oven to 180C for 25-30 minutes you
can check it by knife that is it cooked or not if not fully baked bake for 5
minutes extra
