Kastoori tikka boti
Ingredients
Chicken Boneless (cubed) 1/2
kg
Gram masala Powder 1/2
tbsp
Papaya Grounded 1/2
tbsp
Green Chilies (paste) 4 no s
Cream 1/4cup
Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Onion (grounded) 1-medium
Red Chili Powder 1/2
tbsp
Oil
1-2 tbsp
Cooking
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, onion paste, red chilli,
garam masala, papaya paste and green chilli. Keep aside for almost an hour then
put in cream and slice open on skewers. Grill on hot charcoal, turn around
frequently and oil to cook all way round
Place in a serving dish and serve with ketchup.
