Daal Mong Recipe
Ingredients:
Daal Mong ½ Kg.
onion chopped 1
green chilies chopped 2
salt (according to taste) or 1 tsp.
red chilli powder 1 tsp.

Water 3 cup or as needed
Tomatoes –chopped 1
garlic (Lehsan) paste 1/2 tsp
ginger (Adrak) paste 1 /2tsp
garlic (Lehsan) paste 1/2 tsp
ginger (Adrak) paste 1 /2tsp
Garam Masala powder ½
tsp
turmeric powder a pinch
oil 31/2 tbsp.

Cooking
In a pan add oil, fry
onion till it turn to golden now add Garlic and Ginger Paste fry for a minute
then add salt turmeric powder, tomato, green chili , red chili fry till paste
become and oil separate out then add water and daal Cover
and continue cooking. Cook until water dry out Daal is ready to eat
Garnish with ginger slices and onion rings
Tip
Daal cooked on steam or with less water it becomes
more delicious and tasty
