Cheese (Paneer) Key Parathey
Ingredients
Cottage Cheese 1

Red chili flakes 1/4

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon 1
Coriander leaves 1/2

Boiled chicken pieces 2
Chopped green chilies 4
Cumin powder 1/2
tsp
Oil or butter as
required

Cooking
Take flour add some salt and 1 tbsp oil and water as needed.
Mix it and make dough. Boil boneless chicken pieces with black pepper and pinch
of salt and boil it. Once boiled cut it into pieces. Mix together grated
cottage cheese, chopped green chilies, salt, red chilli, black pepper powder,
cumin powder, few coriander leaves and lemon juice. Combine it together. Roll
the dough and make roti / pratha . Put the mixture on pratha and cover it with
the other pratha. Fry it till it is golden brown and serve with ketchup
