Chicken cutlets

Chicken cutlets Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken mince                                  1/2kg
Onions                                                 2-3
Green chilli                                           3-4
Salt                                                      to taste
Turmeric                                               a pinch
Coriander seeds                                   5 tsp
Pomegranate seeds                               1 tsp
Oil for frying                                         as required
Red chilli                                              1/4 tsp
Black pepper                                        1 tsp
Maida/All purpose flour                        2 cups
Oil /butter                                             3 tsp
Cumin seeds                                         1/2 tsp
Water for making dough                       as required
Cooking
Wash mince chicken take a pot add oil sauté garlic for a minute then add chicken mince in it add salt and turmeric powder fry until leaves water then let it cool. chop onions wash take the excess water out and dry it .take a pot add chicken mince, onions, chopped green chilli,  salt, black pepper, red chilli, coriander seeds, and pomegranate seeds
Mix all the ingredients together.
Then make dough for this Add water, oil, cumin seed and salt to the All Purpose flour to make a batter and keep aside then divide the mixture into 8 equal parts.
Shape into flat round roti or chapatti put mixture in it and makes roll shape
Heat the oil on medium high heat in a frying pan then Dip each roll in oil

Fry a 1 or two cutlets at a time until they are golden-brown from each side. Repeat this process until all the cutlets are done. Serve hot with ketchup.
