QEEMA MATAR


Qeema matar
Ingredients:
Peas                                                     1/4 kg
chicken  Mince (hand Chopped)           1/4 kg
Chopped onions                                   1
 Red chili powder                                 1/2 tbsp
 Turmeric powder                                 1/2 tsp
 Salt                                                     to taste
 Ginger garlic paste                               1/2 tbsp
Garam masala                                        1 tbsp
 Green chilies                                        2
 Chopped green coriander                    1/2 bunch
 Oil                                                       1/2 cup
 Cooking
 Add oil in the pan and fry chopped onions. Fry it till they are golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and red chili powder , garam masala and salt and cook it. Add mince and cook it. Then add peas and green chilies and cook on low heat garnish it with green chilies and serve.
