Palak Paneer


Palak Paneer

Ingredients

Spinach                                    1 kg
Salt                                          as per taste
Onion (sliced)                           1 medium
Turmeric Powder                      ½ tsp
Green Chilli                              2 medium
Red chilli                                  1/2 tbsp
Cottage Cheese                        1 cup (cubed)
Oil                                            4 tbsp
Whole Red Chilli                      2-4 no
Garlic (copped)                        2tbsp
Water                                       as per need

Cooking

Wash spinach thoroughly and chop. Fry onion, and garlic paste then add green chilli, red chilli and turmeric, add spinach and water boil and dry out extra water when dry carefully make it cool and blend
Add salt and slightly shallow fried cheese cube Heat Oil add garlic paste and whole red chilli, fry and put it on spinach
