Simple Plain Cake

Ingredients

Plain Flour                    1 1/2 cups

Sugar powder               1cup

Egg                              4

Ghee                            3/4 cup

Cooking

Strain flour twice. Beat the egg whites & egg yolks one by one

Beat sugar with ghee until creamy &fluffy

Beat both the mixtures together and fold in flour in it

Shift the batter to 8 inch cake pan and put it in preheated oven on 180c for 38-40 minutes. After taking out from the oven allow it to cool completely than take out from the pan
