Kheer


Kheer

Ingredients

Rice powder                             1 cup
Milk                                         6 cups
Almond chopped                      1tbsp
Pistay   chopped                       1tbsp
Coconut sliced                          1tbsp
Cardamom                               ½ tbsp
Kiwra essence                          few drops
Sugar                                       1 cup

Cooking

Boil milk with cardamoms until it remains half add sugar and rice boil again. Stir continuously when mixture becomes thick add kiwra essence and garnish with chopped almond, pistasous and coconut slices
