Chicken Roast


Chicken Roast

Ingredients

Chicken (whole)                       1 kg (make deep cuts)
Salt                                          to taste
Mix Hot Spices Powder           2 tbsp
Yogurt (whipped)                     2 cups
Yellow Food Color                  a pinch
Cooking Oil                              2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste                   2 tbsp
Onion (grounded)                     2-medium
Onion (sliced)                           1 medium
Red Chilli powder                     1 tbsp
Corriander Powder                   2 tbsp

Cooking

Mix ginger garlic, salt, red chilli, coriander, hot spice and ground onion in yogurt, marinate chicken with this mixture and refrigerate for 3 hours
Heat Cooking Oil in a heavy based pan, fry sliced onion until golden. Put marinated chicken in it and cook on high heat for 6-8 minutes.
Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn chicken carefully; cook on low heat until oil separates and water gets dry
