Apricot Kulfi /Ice-cream
Ingredients:
Milk                             1 liter
Condense milk cane      1
Sugar                           2 tsp
Apricot                         1/2 kg
Milk cream                   1/2 cup
copped Almonds          6-7
Preparation
Take apricot remove their cover stone and blend in blender make thick pulp with sugar
Now in a pan boil milk and condenses milk until become tick to half now mix with almonds , apricot mixture and cream and put in kulfi molder.
Freeze it and serve cool
