Pakory (petty) Recipe

Ingredients:

Potatoes (Aloo)                                  1
Onion chopped                                   1
Spinach                                              Few Leaves or half cup
Green chilies chopped                        4
Green chilies slits                                2
salt (according to taste) or                  1 tbsp.
red chilli powder                                 1 tbsp.
Water                                                 as needed
Coriander powder                               ½ tbsp
Garam Masala powder                         ½ tbsp
turmeric powder                                 a pinch
Besan (Gram flour)                              1 cup
oil                                                      3 tbsp

Cooking

Wash unwraps and slices the onion and potatoes. Wash spinach leaves.
In a bowl put the besan and water, and mix until it becomes a thick batter. Beat hard for 5 minutes. Step by step Add salt, chilli powder, turmeric coriander powder and Garam Masala and beat again.
Add potatoes, spinach and onions
Heat oil and dip mixed vegetables batter.  and deep fry until golden brown.
Dish up warm.
