Ladyfinger (Bhindi) ki sabzi Recipe

Ingredients:

Ladyfinger (Bhindi)                                      1/2 Kg.
onion chopped                                            1/4 kg
tomatoes –chopped                                      3
green chilies chopped and slits                      6,3
salt (according to taste) or                            1 tsp.
red chilli powder                                          1 tsp.
Garam Masala powder                                 ½ tsp
turmeric powder                                          a pinch
oil                                                               3 tbs.

Cooking

In a pan add oil, fry bhindi until it leaves oil then in other pot
add onion, cook for 2 minutes (its colour should not change to golden just oiion should be soft) then  salt, turmeric powder, tomato, green chili , red chili , gram masala and cover for 5 minutes  then add fried bhindi cover cook for 5 minutes Bhindi fry is ready to eat
