Daal Maash Recipe
Ingredients:
Daal Maash ½ Kg.
onion chopped 1
green chilies chopped 4
onion chopped 1

green chilies slits 2
salt (according to taste) or 1 tbsp.
red chilli powder 1 tbsp.
salt (according to taste) or 1 tbsp.

Water 3 cup or as needed
Tomatoes –chopped 1
garlic (Lehsan) paste 1/2 tbsp
ginger (Adrak) paste 1 /2tbsp

ginger (Adrak) paste 1 /2tbsp
Garam Masala powder ½
tbsp
turmeric powder a pinch
oil 3 tbsp
turmeric powder a pinch
oil 3 tbsp
Cooking
In a pan add oil, fry
onion till it turn to golden now add Garlic and Ginger Paste fry for a minute then
add salt turmeric powder, tomato, green chili , red chili fry till paste become
and oil separate out then add water and daal
Cover and continue cooking. Cook until water dry out Dress up with
ginger slices and onion rings
