Aloo matar sabzi (peas and potato) Recipe



Ingredients:

Peas (Matar)                                                 ½ Kg.
potatoes(Aloo) cut them in cubes        ½ Kg.
onion chopped                                   1
tomatoes –chopped                            1
garlic (Lehsan) paste                           1/2 tsp
ginger (Adrak) paste                           1 /2tsp
green chilies chopped                         2
salt (according to taste) or                 1 tsp.
red chilli powder                                1 tsp.
Garam Masala powder              ½ tsp
turmeric powder                       a pinch
oil                                            3 tbs.
Water                                       3cup

Cooking


In a pan add oil, fry onion till it turn to golden now add Garlic ,Ginger (Adrak) fry for a minute then add salt turmeric powder, tomato, green chili , red chili , gram masala and peas fry them for a minute the add  3 cup water , potatoes Cover and continue cooking. Cook for 15 minutes aloo matar sabzi is ready to eat
