Aloo Gobi sabzi (potato and cauliflower) Recipe
Ingredients:
potatoes(Aloo) cut them in cubes ½ Kg.
onion chopped 1
green chilies chopped 2
salt (according to taste) or 1 tsp.
red chilli powder 1 tsp.
Water 1/4 cup
Tomatoes –chopped 1
garlic (Lehsan) paste 1/2 tsp
ginger (Adrak) paste 1 /2tsp
garlic (Lehsan) paste 1/2 tsp
ginger (Adrak) paste 1 /2tsp
Garam Masala powder ½
tsp
turmeric powder a pinch
oil 3 1/2 tbs.

oil 3 1/2 tbs.
Cooking
In a pan add oil, fry
onion till it turn to golden now add Garlic and Ginger Paste fry for a minute
then add salt turmeric powder, tomato, green chili , red chili and add 1/4 cup water ,Gobi(cauliflower) and potatoes
Cover and continue cooking. Cook for 30-35 minutes aloo Gobi
sabzi is ready to eat
Tip
When Gobi is cooked
on steam or with less water it becomes more delicious and tasty
