Chicken Karahi Recipe

 Ingredients:

Chicken                                             ½ Kg.
tomatoes –chopped                            3-4
garlic (Lehsan) paste                           1 tsp
ginger (Adrak) paste                           1 tsp
onion chopped                                   
whole green chilies                             3-4 whole
crushed black pepper (Kali Mirch)      ¼ tsp
salt (according to taste) or                  ½ tsp.
red chilli powder                                 ½ tsp.

Garam Masala powder                         ½ tsp
turmeric powder                                  ½ tsp.
oil                                                       3 tbs.

Cooking


In a pan add chicken, fry onion till it turn to golden now add Garlic (Lehsan), Ginger (Adrak) and salt turmeric powder. Cover and cook on low heat till the water from the chicken have dried and chicken left oil which means chicken is fried.
Now add oil, tomato, green chili , red chili salt and gram masala .Cover and continue cooking. cook for 5 to ten minutes chicken karahi is ready to eat
