Potatoes cutlets

Potatoes cutlets
Ingredients
Potatoes                                               1/2kg
Onions                                                 2-3
Green chilli                                           3-4
Salt                                                      to taste
Turmeric                                               a pinch
Coriander seeds                                   4-5 tsp
Pomegranate seeds                               1 tsp
Oil for frying                                         as required
Red chilli                                              1 tsp
All pupose flour                                    2 cups
Oil /butter                                             3 tsp
Cumin seeds                                         1/2 tsp
Water for making dough

Cooking
Boiled the potatoes until they are soft take cooked potatoes, drain the water and let the potatoes cool.
Peel the skin off and mash the potatoes. chopped onions wash take the excess water out and dry it .take a pot add boil potatoes ,onions, chopped green chilli,  salt,turmeric powder, red chili, coriander seeds, and pomegranate seeds
Mix all the ingredients together.

Then make dough for this Add water, oil, cumin seed and salt to the All Purpose flour to make a batter and keep aside then divide the mixture into 8 equal parts.

Shape into flat round roti or chapatti put mixture in it and makes roll shape
Heat the oil on medium high heat in a frying pan then Dip each roll in oil

Fry a 1 or two cutlets at a time until they are golden-brown from each side. Repeat this process until all the cutlets are done. Serve hot with ketchup.
