Gajar (Carrot) Ka Halwa/Halva
Ingredients
Carrots (crushed) 1
kg
Sugar 1/2 kg
Sugar 1/2 kg
Milk 2
kg
Cardamom (Laechi) 1 tbsp
Silver paper eatable for
garnish
Ghee 1
tbsp
Dry fruits (badam, Raisins, mewa) 3 tbsp
Cooking
In pan take milk
add sugar and carrots (washed and grated ) cook on low heat until milk dry outs
then in other pain add ghee cardamom powder and nutmeg (jefal) and add cooked carrots
mixture cook it on low heat for 5 mints garnish with dry fruits and silver
paper gajar ka halwa is ready to eat
