Almond (Badam) Raita
Ingredients
Yogurt 1 Cup
Almond 1 cup
Green chilies 5-6
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1 Cup

Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch
Water as per need
Mint leaves or fresh coriander for
garnishing
Cooking
In food processor grind almond and
curd and water, green coriander, green chilli, salt and black pepper garnish
with sliced almonds and coriander and serve.
