Almond and Coconut Cup Cake

Ingredients

Butter                                                               1 cup
Sugar powder                                                   1 Cup
Brown Sugar                                                    1/4 Cup
Eggs                                                                 3                                   
Almond essence                                               2 tbsp
Media / plain flour                                             2 Cup
Baking powder                                                3/4 tbsp
Baking Soda                                                     1/2 tbsp
Salt                                                                  1/2 tbsp
Coconut milk                                                    1/4 Cup
Coconut crushed                                              1/2 cup

Cooking

In a large bowl mix butter, brown sugar and white Sugar powder until became creamy then add eggs. When mixer became fluffy add plain flour, baking powder and baking soda then add almond essence add salt stir until better mixed properly add coconut milk and crashed coconut in the last and pour better into 12 cups bake them in Preheat oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes .after it take out and leave to cool. When cool, arrange the cupcakes on a serving platter. Dress up with cream and crush almonds and coconut
