Rus Gully Recipe

Ingredients:


Milk                                                                1 liter
Sugar                                                               1 1/2 cup
Purpose flour (Maida)                                       1 big tbsp
Water                                                              2 1/2 cup
Lemon juice                                                      3 tbsp or 2 lemons

Cooking

Boil Milk with lemon juice until milk start splitting (phat jay) then put it in  cotton cloth and drain all water by pressing cloth until milk became dry let leave it for 5 minutes after it make smooth mixer (atta or beater) of milk, plain flour and water then make small balls of the mixer
In other pan make thick sugar syrup add balls in it leave it for hour testy rus gully ready
