Chicken Tikka


Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

Chicken                                                8 -10 pieces tap dry to remove water
Green chilies paste                                2-3
Lemon juice                                          11/2 tbsp
Yogurt                                                  1/4 cup
Garlic paste                                          1 tbsp
Ginger paste                                         1 tbsp
Zeera powder                                       1 tbsp
Garam masala                                       1 tbsp
Chili powder                                         1 tbsp
Coriander powder                                1 tbsp
Chat masala                                          1 tbsp
Salt                                                      1 tbsp or to taste
Oil                                                        for basting
Food Color                                          2 Pinch
Lemon and tomato slices                       for decoration

Cooking

Take Chicken pieces Add lemon juice, yogurt, ginger, garlic paste garam masala, chat masala, chili powder, chili paste , Zeera powder, food color coriander powder and salt mix them all marinade chicken for 3-4 hours at room temperature or in fridge for 6-7 hours
Now line the chicken pieces on metal skewers and grill the chicken over hot coal. during grilling regularly change direction of pieces once or twice to brown the both sides.also brush chicken pieces with oil during cooking
Now decorate with lemon and tomato slices
