Sarsoon ka Saag Recipe
Ingredients:
Palak 1
kg
Sarsoon ka
saag 2 kg
Metti ½ kg
Bathoo ½
kg
Salt 1tbsp
Green Chilli paste ¼
kg
Garlic and
ginger paste 2 tbsp
Butter 1
cup
Cooking
Cut palak, sarsoon, metti
and bathoo the Boil
all these then mince all vegitables properly
In an other pan take butter
fry garlic and ginger paste add green chilli paste and salt then fry and pour
this mixture on cooked vegitables mix them well and cook for 5 minutes saag is
ready
