Kalakand Recipe


Kalakand Recipe

Ingredients:

Milk                                                  2 liter
Powder Sugar                                    1 cup
Cardamom powder                             1/2 tbsp
Butter                                                 as per needed
Silver paper                                        as per needed

Cooking

Boil Milk until it left 4th of original like or start drying add Powder sugar then mix cardamom powder put mixer in grease tray and leave it to set for 3-4 hours
Cut mixer in cubic shapes like barfi and garnish with silver paper
