Falsay ka Sharbat/Grewia Asiatica Sharbat
Ingredients
Grewia Asiatica (falsay) 1 1/2 kg
Grewia Asiatica (falsay) 1 1/2 kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 1
1/2 kg
Water 5
glasses
Salt to taste
Ice as
required
Preparation
Wash falsay blend with 2 glasses of water in blender after
blending
Take a pan add water and sugar make sugar syrup on low heat
after it add blended mixture
Cook the mixture on low heat until it become thick. Add
black pepper, Salt and mix well. When you want to drink sharbat put 2 tsp
sharbat in water add ice and serve it cool.
