Sweet Candies/Nokti dany Recipe

Ingredients:

Sugar                                                 1 1/2 Cup
Water                                                 1 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder                             1/4 tbsp
Rose Water                                        few drops
Purpose flour (Maida)                         1 Cup
Baking soda                                       1/8 tbsp
Oil                                                     for frying
Food color red and green                   a pinch


Cooking


Mix purpose flour, semolina and baking soda in a bowl add 2 2/3 cup hot water shake well then add food color and shake again.
Leave the mixer for 3 hours for setting
Make sugar syrup take a pan add water , sugar, cardamom and rose water heat until sugar dissolve in water
After that heat oil and take a spoon with a holes in the bottom add mixer and pour mixer in oil in steady steam to make small candies shapes
When nokti dana turn golden brown remove them from pan
And deep them in hot sugar syrup for 10 minutes after it take out and serve them crispy nokti dana are ready
Note
Make sure that there should be no water in sugar syrup
