Chicken paneer boti

 Ingredients:

 Chicken boneless                                 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste                                1/2 tbsp
Tomatoes pulp                                     2 tbsp
Green chilies paste                                1tsp
Black pepper powder                           1 tsp
Grated cheddar cheese                         1 packet
 Ginger and garlic paste                         1/2 tbsp
 Fresh cream                                        1 cup
 Oil                                                       1/2 cup
Cumin powder                                     1 tsp
 Red chilli powder                                 1 tbsp
 Almonds slices                                     17-20
 Salt                                                     as required

Cooking
 Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic lightly, now add chicken and salt to it. Fry until extra water dry out add cumin powder, red pepper powder, green chillies paste and tomatoes puree. Cook all to and cover for 5 minutes
 When chicken leaves oil, add cream and cheddar cheese. When the cheese melts, garnish with almonds and serve hot.
